- We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS. Printing and shipping take approximately two weeks. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 3 to 5 days.
- Customs duties/taxes may apply based on the quantity and weight purchased, and will be displayed at checkout whenever possible.

How is the price calculated?
The price updates in real-time based on your selected options (size, quantity, finish). The final price will be displayed before you place your order.
Can I upload my design file? What formats are supported?
Yes—upload your artwork directly when placing your order. For best results, we recommend a print-ready PDF (vector files preferred). If sending AI/EPS/SVG files, please outline text and include bleed if necessary.
Do you provide proofs before printing?
Yes. We provide proofs so you can review the layout and text before production. Printing begins only after approval to ensure the final product is made as intended.
Where is production located, and how long does it take?
All orders are produced in Seoul, South Korea. Production time varies depending on paper type, size, quantity, and finishing options (foil stamping, embossing, edge treatments, etc.). On average, it takes 5-7 days for color printing only, and 9-14 days if post-processing options are included. Shipping is via USPS and takes 1-2 weeks. Production and shipping proceed immediately after proof approval.
