Shipping Policy

Thank you for printing with Wove Press. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle production, shipping, and delivery for orders placed on wovepress.net.

1.Production Time

Most products are custom made-to-order. Typical production times are:

  • Standard orders: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Orders with complex finishing or large quantities: may require additional time

Production time begins after payment has been received and artwork has been approved (if a proof is provided). These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on season, capacity, and the complexity of your order.

2.Shipping Origin & Destinations

All orders are shipped from our studio in Seoul, Republic of Korea:

We currently ship mainly to:

  • North America (United States and Canada)
  • Other international destinations where available

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you after you place an order.

3.Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted international carriers, primarily FedEx, and may occasionally use other partners depending on your location, package size, and service level.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4.Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after production are:

Global shipping (including the US & Canada): typically 1–2 weeks (around 5–14 days), depending on location and service.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, or carrier delays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5.Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping. Any such offers will be clearly indicated.

Any additional charges that arise after shipment (such as storage fees, re-delivery fees, or address correction fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

6.Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not able to control or predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect, we may deduct any related costs (including outbound and return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees) from any refund that may be offered, if applicable.

7.Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we can reship it to a corrected address, but additional shipping fees will apply.

8.Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@wovepress.net with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate and support you.

Please note that investigations by carriers (such as FedEx) may take some time. We will keep you updated and, depending on the outcome, may arrange for a reprint, replacement, or partial refund.

9.Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible damage:

1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged items.

2. Contact us at hello@wovepress.net within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Include your order number and a description of the damage.

We will review the case and may arrange a reprint, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

10.Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages (for example, large quantities or different product types). You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
