Most of our products are custom printed and produced specifically for your order. We make every effort to display accurate information, including colours and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be exact.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to use any artwork, logos, text, or other content you provide to us.

We are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof or contained in files supplied by you, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, layout issues, or colour choices.

By submitting artwork or files to Wove Press, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to photograph and display the final printed products (not the original source files) in our portfolio and marketing materials, including our website, social media, and sample packs.

If you do not wish your project to be shown publicly, please let us know in writing at the time of ordering or before production, and we will respect that request.

Any production or delivery timeframes we provide are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to meet indicated schedules, delays can occur due to production issues, high-volume periods, shipping, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from delayed delivery.

All orders are shipped from Seoul, Republic of Korea, using third-party carriers (primarily FedEx, and occasionally other partners where appropriate).

Risk of loss passes to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
